Using TLC, HPLC, and GC–MS, we profile and quantify key compounds such as sesquiterpenes, furanosesquiterpenes (e.g., curzerene and furanoeudesma-1,3-diene), triterpenoids, flavonoids, and phenolic acids, which contribute to myrrh’s pharmacological activity.
This project includes in vitro antimicrobial screening and a draft mini-dossier for pre-clinical evaluation.
